Problems & pain points

  1. Overwhelming search resultsToo many options with no easy filters for budget, dates, or preferences. Users spend more time scrolling than deciding.
  2. Hidden fees & price inconsistenciesPrices change after selection due to added taxes, service fees, or baggage charges. Creates mistrust in the platform.
  3. Slow loading & poor performanceSearch results take too long to load, especially on slower networks. App crashes during payment or booking.
  4. Cluttered user interfaceOverloaded screens with small tap areas make navigation frustrating on mobile. Too many pop-ups and banners distract from the booking process.
  5. Poor date & location selectionDifficult-to-use date pickers, especially for multi-city or round-trip bookings. Location search shows irrelevant results or wrong suggestions.
